  1. General provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing and protecting personal data of the Users of the Website available at https://www.itlt.pl.

1.2. The User means an adult natural person with legal capacity who uses the Website;

1.3. The Website means all the functionalities related to the services performed by electronic means, provided at the online address https://www.itlt.pll by IT LeasingTeam sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Taśmowa 7, 02-677 Warsaw, or other companies of the Leasingteam Group, in accordance with Section 2 below.

1.4. Personal data shall mean information on an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier (feature) such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;

1.5. Processing means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

1.6. The Users’ personal data are processed in accordance with the applicable regulations, in particular the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: “GDPR”) and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data.

1.7. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the services provided at the Website.

  1. The companies of the Leasingteam Group as Joint Controllers

2.1. To achieve the business objectives, in particular to improve the administrative and financial and accounting processes, as well as to ensure the highest safety standards and services provided, including customer and business partner service, the companies of the Leasingteam Group establish the objectives and means of personal data processing jointly as controllers. For this reason, and having regard to the capital, personal and organisational ties of the companies of the Leasingteam Group, the Leasingteam Group has adopted a model of joint control of data, including the Users’ data.

2.2. Based on the agreement between the parties listed in items 2.3.1 to 2.3.13, the principles have been established to govern the performance of duties assigned to the Joint Controllers in accordance with the GDPR. The main part of the arrangements relevant to the Users is shown in Chapter 5 of the Privacy Policy.

2.3. The Leasingteam Group consists of:

2.3.13. Leasingteam GmbH with its registered office in Mönchengladbach, atNobelstraße 3 – 5, entered into the German Commercial Register under number: HRB 17625.

2.4. The company leading in the joint control model is ONCA sp. z o.o. (Joint Controller 1), which exercises control over the personal data processing, identifies the risk of personal data processing and adequately defines security standards, ensuring proper protection for all personal data processed within the Leasingteam Group.

2.5. Leasingteam Brand Management sp. z o.o. is responsible for marketing and promotion of the Leasingteam Group's products and services, including direct marketing services.

2.6. To ensure the security of Users’ personal data, the Joint Controllers apply the appropriate technical and organisational measures in terms of personal data protection.

  1. Objectives and legal basis for the processing of Users’ personal data

3.1. Users’ personal data are or may be processed:

a) for feedback, i.e. to answer the questions asked by the User via the contact form and to obtain information on the Joint Controllers’ services - in this case data processing by the Joint Controllers is based on the User's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);

b) for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Joint Controllers in connection with running the Website, including the analysis of the use of the website https://www.leasingteam.pl by the User (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);

c) for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Joint Controllers, which may include establishing, investigating and defending claims, preventing crimes, managing business activity and its further development, including risk management (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);

d) for direct marketing of the Joint Controllers, including selection of services according to the Users’ needs (including profiling) based on cookies and other similar technologies, as referred to in item 9 - in this case data processing by the Joint Controllers is based on the legitimate interest of the Joint Controllers (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);

e) for the marketing purposes of the Joint Controllers, in particular pursued by means of a newsletter service, resulting from the consent given by the User (Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);

3.2. Providing personal data in the Website is voluntary, but it may be necessary to perform one or more services and personal data processing objectives referred to in item 3.1. above, which the Joint Controllers will not be able to perform if the personal data are not provided.

  1. Scope of the Users’ processed personal data

4.1. The scope of the Users’ personal data processed by the Joint Controllers includes:

a) User’s data voluntarily provided by the User through the contact forms available on the Website: first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, job/company, NIP (Tax ID), location;

b) User's data obtained by the Joint Controllers in connection with the use of cookies and other similar technologies (see item 9);

  1. Rights and obligations of the User

5.1. the Joint Controllers jointly agreed that the entity responsible for exercising the rights and obligations under the GDPR (in particular information obligations referred to in Art. 13 and 14 of the GDPR) in relation to the data subjects shall be ONCA sp. z o.o. Regardless of that, the rights available under the GDPR may be exercised in relation to each of the Joint Controllers.

5.2. If personal data are processed based on the consent given by the User, such consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The statement on revocation of consent shall be submitted via e-mail to the e-mail address specified jointly by the Joint Administrators indicated in item 5.5.

5.3. The User shall also have the following rights:

a) to erasure of his or her personal data;

b) to restriction of processing of his or her personal data;

c) of access and rectification (correction) of his or her personal data;

d) to receive copies of his or her data or transfer thereof; however, such right shall not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others (including trade secrets or intellectual property rights) and shall be executed when technically feasible;

e) to object to the processing of personal data when processing is based on a legitimate interest of the Joint Controller or a third party.

5.4. The Joint Controller of IT Leasingteam sp. z o.o. shall exercise the User’s rights, subject to the exceptions set out in the GDPR.

5.5. To exercise the rights referred to in items 5.2 and 5.3, an e-mail should be sent to the address established jointly by the Joint Controllers, i.e.:daneosobowe@leasingteam.pl.

5.6. The User shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority regarding the personal data, if he or she thinks that the processing of his or her data violates the GDPR.

  1. The period of Client’s personal data processing

6.1. The Joint Controllers process the User's personal data in a manner and for the period necessary for the fulfilment of the objectives for which the data was collected.

6.2. In case of data processing:

a) based on the User's consent, the User's data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn;

b) to ensure compliance with the legal obligations imposed on the Joint Controller - the User's data shall be processed for a period required by law;

c) for direct marketing by the Joint Controllers, including selection of services according to the Users’ needs (including profiling) - the User's data shall be processed until the User has raised an objection;

d) for the purposes of other legitimate interests of the Joint Controllers - the data shall be processed until the objection raised by the User is considered or the period of limitation of claims has ended.

6.3. After the end of the processing period, the data are erased or anonymised.

  1. Entities to whom the Clients’ personal data are disclosed

7.1. The Joint Controllers share the User's personal data if they have legal grounds for this, in particular when it is necessary for the performance of the services provided to the Users.

7.2. Users’ personal data may also be shared at the request of public authorities or other entities authorised to such access pursuant to the provisions of law, in particular when it is necessary to ensure the safety of the Joint Controllers’ systems.

7.3. Recipients of Users’ personal data may be in particular the following:

7.3.1.entities authorised to obtain the User's data under the applicable law;

7.3.2. entities whose services are used by the Joint Controllers to provide services to Users, in particular:

a) entities providing support or ICT systems to the Joint Controllers;

b) entrepreneurs providing delivery and maintenance of the software used for operating the Website;

c) law firms, consulting firms cooperating with the Joint Controllers;

7.3.3.trusted marketing partners of the Joint Controllers:

a) Google LLC in connection with the use of Google Analytics;

  1. Data transfers outside the EEA

8.1. The Joint Controllers transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) only when necessary and with ensuring proper protection, primarily through:

a) cooperation with the entities processing personal data in the countries with regard to which a relevant decision of the European Commission was issued;

b) application of standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission;

c) application of binding corporate rules, approved by the competent supervisory authority;

8.2. When applicable, the controller always informs about the intention to transfer personal data outside the EEA at the stage of their collection. At the request of the User, the Joint Controller of IT Leasingteam sp. z o.o. provides him or her with a copy of his or her data to be transferred outside the EEA.

  1. Cookies and similar technologies

9.1. According to the practice of most websites, when using the Website, the User's personal data may be collected automatically in the Website's system logs via cookie files (cookies), Google Analytics and Hotjar analytic tool supplied by Hotjar Ltd.

9.2. Cookies are files saved on the User's end device to identify the Users and provide the Joint Controllers with statistical information on User traffic, User activity and the manner the Website is used. They make it possible to adjust the content and services in the Website to the User preferences.

9.3. The Website uses session cookies that are erased after the browser window is closed and persistent cookies, saved for a specified period (specified in the cookie system parameters or until they are removed by the User) in end devices used by the Client access the Website or the Store.

9.4. Cookies are used in the User’s device for the following purposes:

a) ensuring security;

b) enabling the collection of information on how the services are used;

c) enabling the User to save selected settings and customise the User interface;

d) enabling the Users to provide content more suitable for their preferences and interests.

9.5. The Joint Controllers shall process according to the law the data on the number (including IP) and type of the User's end device, as well as the time of the User's connection to the Website and other operating data concerning the User's activity on the Website, including his or her preferences. The data described above are processed for technical purposes to adapt the Website to the needs of the Users and to collect general statistical information on the Website operation as well as for personalisation of the content provided to the User.

9.6. In the browser settings the Users can change the cookie settings on their own and at any time, specifying the conditions for the storage and access by cookies to the User's end device. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block automatic use of cookies in the browser settings or inform about each saving of cookies on the User’s final device.

9.7. The User may at any time delete the cookies using the functions available in his or her browser. However, the Controller informs that this may affect the limitation of some of the functionalities available on the Website.

9.8. The Joint Controllers also use Google Analytics, i.e. the online analytics system that provides insight into the traffic of personal data and location data, used to create statistics and reports regarding the Website operation as well as to personalise the content of the displayed advertisements. Detailed rules for data processing by Google LCC and the rules for cancelling the cookies used by Google LCC are available at: www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/.

9.9. The User's activity on the Website, including personal data, are recorded in system logs (log files for storing a chronological record containing information on events and actions concerning the IT system used to provide services by the Joint Controllers). Information collected in the log is processed mainly for the purposes related to the provision of services. The Joint Controllers also process it for technical and administrative purposes, to ensure the security of the IT system and to manage that system, as well as for analytical and statistical purposes - the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest pursued by the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

9.10. The Joint Controllers also use the HotJar tool(or a tool with similar functionalities) to analyse the User's traffic on pages (including subpages) of the Website to evaluate the User's behaviour during the use of the Website and its functions. The use of HotJar or a similar tool does not entail the collection and recording of the User's personal data.

  1. Final provisions

10.1. This Privacy Policy is reviewed on an ongoing basis and updated whenever necessary so as to reflect any changes in the method of personal data processing. The Joint Controllers can also introduce changes in line with the requirements of applicable laws or legal requirements. 10.2. This Privacy Policy is effective as of 01 January 2019.

CHROME 
Enabling cookies

  • Click the Chrome menu (icon with three bars) on the browser toolbar.
  • Select “Settings”.
  • Click “Show advanced settings”.
  • In the “Privacy” section, click the “Content settings” button.
  • In the “Cookies” section, click “All cookies and site data” to open the “Cookies and site data” dialogue.
  • To allow both first-party and third-party cookies, select “Allow local data to be set”.
  • To accept only first-party cookies, select the “Block third-party cookies and site data” checkbox.


Deleting cookies

  • Click the Chrome menu (icon with three bars) on the browser toolbar.
  • Select “Settings”.
  • Click “Show advanced settings”.
  • In the “Privacy” section, click the “Content settings” button.
  • In the “Cookies” section, click “All cookies and site data” to open the “Cookies and site data” dialogue.
  • To delete all cookies, click “Remove all” at the bottom of the dialogue.
  • To delete a specific cookie, hover over the site that issued the cookie with your mouse, then click the X that appears in on the right corner.
  • In the “Clear Browsing Data” dialogue, you can remove all cookies created during a specific period.


Blocking all cookies

  • Click the Chrome menu (icon with three bars) on the browser toolbar.
  • Select “Settings”.
  • Click “Show advanced settings”.
  • In the “Privacy” section, click the “Content settings” button.
  • In the “Cookies” section, click “All cookies and site data” to open the “Cookies and site data” dialogue.
  • Select “Block sites from setting any data.” Keep in mind that selecting this setting will prevent most sites that require you to sign in from working. Whenever a cookie has been blocked, you will see an icon that looks like a cookie with a red X.


Blocking only third-party cookies

  • Click the Chrome menu (icon with three bars) on the browser toolbar.
  • Select “Settings”.
  • Click “Show advanced settings”.
  • In the “Privacy” section, click the “Content settings” button.
  • In the “Cookies” section, click “All cookies and site data” to open the “Cookies and site data” dialogue.
  • Select the “Block third-party cookies and site data” checkbox. Even if you’ve added a site to the “Exceptions” list and have chosen to allow its cookies, the site’s third-party cookies won’t be accepted if this checkbox is selected.

 

INTERNET EXPLORER 9 

Enabling cookies

  • Click the “Tools” button and then click “Internet options”.
  • Click the “Privacy” tab and then “Settings”.
  • Here you can freely choose how to handle cookies when you are online.

Deleting cookies

  • At the top of the browser window click the “Tools” button, point to “Safety,” and then click “Delete browsing history”.
  • Select the “Cookies” check box, then click “Delete”.

Blocking cookies

  • Click the “Tools” button and then click “Internet options”.
  • Click the “Privacy” tab and then “Settings”.
  • You can choose “Block” for “first-party cookies” and for “third-party cookies”.

Blocking or accepting cookies from specific websites

  • Click the “Tools” button and then click “Internet options”.
  • Click the “Privacy” tab and then move the slider to a position between the top and bottom so you’re not blocking or allowing all cookies.
  • Click “Sites”.
  • In the “Address of website” box, type a website address, and then click “Block” or “Allow”.
  • As you type, a list of web pages that you’ve already visited will be displayed. You can click an item in the list and it will be displayed in the “Address of website” box.
  • Repeat this step for each website you want to block or allow. When you’re finished, click “OK”.
  • Move the slider back to the position it was originally in, and then click “OK”

FIREFOX 
Enabling cookies

  • At the top of the Firefox browser window click the “Firefox” button (in Windows XP click the “Tools” menu) and choose “Options”.
  • Select the “Privacy” panel.
  • Set “Firefox will:” to “Use custom settings for history.”
  • Check mark „Accept cookies from sites” to enable cookies.
  • If you are troubleshooting problems with cookies, make sure “Accept third party cookies” is also not set to “Never.”
  • Choose how long cookies are allowed to be stored:
  • Keep until: “they expire” – each cookie will be removed when it reaches its expiration date, which is set by the site that sent the cookie.
  • Keep until: “I close Firefox” – the cookies that are stored on your computer will be removed when Firefox is closed.
  • Keep until: “ask me every time” – displays an alert every time a website tries to send a cookie, and asks you whether or not you want to store it.
  • Click “OK” to close the “Options” window.

Deleting cookies for a single site

  • At the top of the Firefox browser window click the “Firefox” button (in Windows XP click the “Tools” menu) and choose “Options”.
  • Select the “Privacy” panel.
  • Set “Firefox will:” to “Use custom settings for history”.
  • Click the “Show Cookies” button. The “Cookies” window will appear.
  • In the “Search:” field, type the name of the site whose cookies you want to remove. The cookies that match your search will be displayed.
  • Select the cookie(s) in the list to remove and click the “Remove Cookie” button.
  • Select the first cookie and press Shift + End to select all the cookies in the list.
  • Click “Close” to close the “Cookies” window.

Deleting all cookies

  • At the top of the Firefox browser window click the “Firefox” button (in Windows XP click the “Tools” menu), go over to the “History” menu and select “Clear Recent History…”.
  • Set “Time range to clear” to “Everything.”
  • Click on the arrow next to “Details” to expand the list of history items.
  • Select “Cookies” and make sure that other items you want to keep are not selected.
  • Click “Clear Now” to clear the cookies and close the “Clear Recent History” window.

Blocking cookies for a single site

  • Go to the website you wish to block from setting cookies in Firefox.
  • Right-click within the page and select “View Page Info”.
  • In the “Page Info” window, select the “Permissions” panel.
  • Underneath “Set Cookies,” remove the check mark from “Use Default”.
  • Change the setting to “Block”.


Blocking cookies from all sites

  • At the top of the Firefox browser window click the “Firefox” button (in Windows XP click the “Tools” menu) and choose “Options”.
  • Select the “Privacy” panel.
  • Set “Firefox will:” to “Use custom settings for history”.
  • Remove the check mark from “Accept cookies from sites”.
  • Click “OK” to close the “Options” window.

Blocking third-party cookies

  • At the top of the Firefox browser window click the “Firefox” button (in Windows XP click the “Tools” menu) and choose “Options”.
  • Select the “Privacy” panel.
  • Set “Firefox will:” to “Use custom settings for history”.
  • Odznacz „Akceptuj ciasteczka z innych witryn”.
  • Naciśnij przycisk OK, by zamknąć okno opcji.

OPERA 

Enabling cookies

  • At the top of the browser window go to “Settings,” then “Preferences” and then “Advanced”.
  • Select “Cookies”.
  • Select “Accept cookies” – then all cookies are accepted.
  • Select “Accept cookies only from the site I visit” – then third-party cookies, for a domain outside the one you are visiting, are refused.
  • Deleting cookies
  • At the top of the browser window go to “Settings”, then “Preferences” and then “Advanced”.
  • Select “Cookies”.
  • To automatically delete new cookies when closing the browser, select “Delete new cookies when exiting Opera”.
  • To delete selected cookies or all cookies, select “Manage cookies”.
  • Mark selected cookies or all cookies and click “Delete”.

SAFARI 
Enabling cookies

  • At the top of the browser window select “Preferences” from the activity menu and then click “Privacy”. The activity menu is located at the upper right-hand corner of the Safari window and is marked with a gear icon.
  • Under “Block cookies,” you can choose “Never” to accept all cookies, or choose to accept only first-party cookies. If you want to learn more about specific options, click the help button (question mark).

Deleting cookies

  • At the top of the browser window select “Preferences” from the activity menu and then click “Privacy”. The activity menu is located at the upper right-hand corner of the Safari window and is marked with a gear icon.
  • Click “Details”.
  • Select one or more websites that store cookies, and then click “Remove” or “Remove All”.
  • When you finish removing websites, click “Done”.

Tracking information
LeasingTeam has the right to collect and use statistics and non-identifiable data for the purpose of generating information about users of the website. Such information may be provided to third parties.

Security
LeasingTeam takes steps to assure that personal data you provide via internet are protected as well as possible against unauthorized access or processing. However, it is impossible to guarantee protection of such data that is entirely, 100% effective. If you want to be sure that certain personal data are especially protected, we recommend that you not transmit them over the internet.

We make all efforts to assure that the data concerning you are complete and up-to-date. We inform you below how and where you may obtain access to your data collected via our website. Please submit any questions or requests to access, correct or update data to the address provided below.
